Second, you can’t trust your memory. You need a little help.
So, here is the key. Put it as a recurring appointment in your calendar. That should take all of five minutes. Next, have the discipline to move the activity within the day but not off the day. If something comes up, you can knock it out earlier or later just not tomorrow. And finally, have someone check in with you weekly the first month so that it becomes a habit. Three simple steps.
